His institutional background includes establishing a Luxembourg SICAV platform under CSSF and UCITS regulatory frameworks — experience that informs the structural discipline, investor governance, and operational rigor that define ApexVista's approach to private real estate investment.
A dual U.S. and EU citizen with professional fluency in Portuguese, Alan's transatlantic presence provides ApexVista with direct operational capability across both of the firm's target markets.
